Shipping policy

At Kraygo, we are committed to delivering high-quality bed linen across India with reliable and timely shipping.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Kraygo offers shipping pan-India on all orders.

2. Payment Options

We offer flexible and secure payment methods:

  • Prepaid Options: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets.

  • Partial COD: Advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining amount payable at delivery.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Products are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

  • While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, Kraygo is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Eligible for free shipping (unless otherwise specified).

  • COD/Partial COD Orders: May include additional shipping or handling fees displayed at checkout.

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.

5. Partial COD (Advance Payment Terms)

  • For Partial COD orders, a non-refundable advance payment is mandatory to confirm your purchase.

  • Once dispatched, this advance amount will not be refunded, even in case of order return, refusal, or delivery failure.

6. Receiver Availability & Delivery Attempt

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

  • If unavailable, please notify us within 12 hours of the expected delivery window to hold or reschedule the delivery.

  • If the courier marks the shipment as Return to Origin (RTO) due to unavailability or refusal, Kraygo will not be liable for refunding the advance amount.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Kraygo reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • In the rare case of cancellation from our end before dispatch, the advance payment (if any) will be refunded in full.
